Something that is important to keep in mind regarding the topic of exhaustion is that despite how fast the world is going, our bodies are Nature and we still have the same “design” as our primitive ancestors. Remembering ourselves as Nature we feel best when our rhythms are aligned with the seasons and the cycles of the days.
